YMSL Automations LLC builds software for medical practices, including IRReady, which sends pre-procedure phone calls and text messages to patients on behalf of their practice. This policy covers lazers.ai and the IRReady messaging service.
Information we collect
- From the medical practice: the patient's first name, mobile phone number, appointment date and time, and the preparation instructions the practice selects.
- From the patient: replies to our calls and text messages, including opt-out and help requests.
- From practice staff: name, work email, and sign-in details for their accounts.
- From website visitors: what you enter in our contact form.
How we use it
We use this information to deliver the appointment and preparation messages the practice requested, to show patient replies to the practice's staff, and to operate and secure the service. We do not sell personal information.
Text messaging and mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Mobile numbers are used only to send the messages described in our SMS Terms.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the patient's own medical practice, with service providers that run the service for us under contract (telephone and text delivery, cloud hosting, and database hosting), and when the law requires it.
Retention and security
Call and message content is deleted 90 days after it is created. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and staff access requires individual accounts with two-factor sign-in.
Your choices
Reply STOP to any IRReady text to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help. To ask about or correct your information, contact your medical practice or email us.
