IRReady appointment messages are sent by YMSL Automations LLC on behalf of your medical practice. Messages cover your procedure date, arrival time, and the preparation instructions your care team selected.

How you opt in

Your practice's staff ask whether you agree to receive appointment text messages at your mobile number and record your consent in IRReady with the date, time and staff member. Consent to texts is not a condition of care. See how consent is collected.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies, typically one to three messages per scheduled procedure. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. You will receive one message confirming that you have opted out. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
